Fam, you’d be surprised at the amount of excuses people use to avoid working out. “I don’t have enough time.” “My job is too demanding.” “I have an old injury.” “I am too old.” “I am too young.”
In reality, there’s only a small group of people who truly have physical or mental limitations to prevent them from improving their bodies and life.
The fact that you are not in that group should fill you with gratitude. Now if you don’t want to put in the work, that’s fine, but don’t hide behind excuses. If you do want to make a change, you should be grateful that you CAN!
