No matter how you cut it, growing older comes with changes. One of those changes includes changes to your metabolism. Losing weight gets harder as you age; there’s no way around it! With that being said, you don’t have to give up and give into weight gain as you age.
Instead, make it your goal to never gain another pound! If you stick to a strong Bootcamp schedule and eat well, you can keep the weight off, even as you age! Getting older doesn’t have to mean losing your healthiest, happiest self. You just have to work harder than before!
