When’s the best time to workout? Any time it crosses your mind. Because the reality is, you will never regret getting in a workout. ⠀

Add to that, the fact that very few understand how much movement the human body requires and is capable of. Your urge to move is a real one. Your body wants to work out – it demands it. The more you do, the more you’ll want to do, and the more you’ll need. Your body is amazing. Enough is never enough. ⠀

So not sure whether it’s a good time to workout? Kill that noise. Just throw on your sneakers, grab your towel and bottle, and get it done. When in doubt, just work out. ⠀
