First and foremost, Better Body is in the body-transformation business. But those results, gains, and transformations won’t happen without the support of the fit fam.
Ashley, like many other members, feeds off the energy of the Bootcamp workouts, but it’s really the BBB family that drives her to be the best version of herself. When you’re a part of a community like BBB, there’s nothing you can accomplish.
