MEET CRYSTAL

Crystal began as a BBB member, then franchisee owner, and now the foundational leader of our New Hyde Park and Bellmore team. As a teacher by trade, her dedication to teaching our members about fitness overflows within her classes.

When she’s not training our members, Crystal is working towards her own goal of completing an Iron Man in the 2023 year. She is the true definition of leading by example!
