Thank you for your outdoor workouts during the Covid-19 pandemic. The trainers have been so helpful and motivating. The neighborhood is so beautiful that I enjoy doing my workouts outdoors. The music 🎶 is excellent, too.

i love this place!i used to workout in a similar gym in brazil and i was so glad to found bbb here in williamsburg, because everything here is even better.all the trainers are really good. especially stars for alexa, rob, skyler and annie who forms a really good... team.also, they give you a super discount in your first month so you can trial and settle the habit. incredible!if you want to loose a buns of calories in a super fun and dinamic way, that’s the right place for you!read more

If you want to lose weight and have a real workout, come to BBB. It's an amazing experience. I've been coming here for a few days now and im addicted. The first day was hard, but if you're committed, it becomes a lifestyle. Salim and Jonathan really push you to your limit.... The classes are intense and challenging, but they are also incredibly rewarding. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, always offering modifications and guidance to help you reach your goals. The atmosphere at BBB is motivating and energizing, You'll find yourself pushing harder and achieving more than you ever thought possible. I recommend trying it for sure!read more

Came here for first free trial class. It's a full class for free to try them out and I got the best cardio workout ever with a little bit of strength training added in. It's very motivating because the class is small but other people around me are motivated as well as the... trainer. I'll definitely sign up for their groupon and then probably continue going here. I'm not someone who can do workouts on my own ESPECIALLY cardio. I'm so glad this place is close to my home which is in the middle of nowhere. I always thought this place was closed but in reality you need to come when they have classes and there won't be idle workers just staying inside. 🤔read more

Took my first class today and loved it! I was extremely intimidated to go, I’m a complete beginner, but I’m so happy I did! Jonathan was the instructor and he was so helpful and motivating! One of many more classes for sure!

Wow! Haha I don’t even know where to start. Upon arrival, the class before me was finishing up & they were dripping wet in sweat. I knew I was in for quite the TREAT! The trainer was Salim, & let me tell you! This guy is WORKED ME OUT TO THE MAX! He’s funny, his music... choice was on POINT & he engaged with us ALL!!! His energy really hyped me up lol! This was such an amazing class. These exercises/circuits were FULL BODY ASSAULT haha & I say this in thee most positive, GREATEST WAY! I’m a Pole Dancer, so for me to say this SAYS A LOT, lol seriously! I have been on the search for a gym close to home because my Pole studio is deep in Brooklyn & I am looking to cross train. Welp, my search is officially OVER! I got bawdyyy goals, baby! The streets ain’t safe with Whitney in it this Summer 2024. Let’s gooooooo haha!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!read more

I Love BBB because it’s a complete workout. They alternate the days of the week via upper body, lower body, full body, and cardio. I love that I don’t have to think when I am at this gym. I get in, get it done and get out; while also meeting some really nice people... (employees and clients).I Love Nina. I told her once I had a goal that I wanted to stick to and since then she was always checking in making sure I was staying on track, until working out became my routine again.I Love Chris Victora. He walks around making sure your form is perfect and then he burns your muscles out and because of his classes I feel stronger.I Love Julian Serrano. He makes you move quickly with weights to pump the muscles and because of his class I feel tighter.I Love Brian Linker. His classes are high energy and it’s like he always says, “Its’ Different!” and because of his classes I feel so much leaner, nimbler, with increased stamina.I Love Rob Mendez. His transitions between workouts are fast and because of his classes I move so much quicker.I Love James Delpeche, even though I only see him when he is filling in for someone (due to my schedule) his classes have all been great.Each one brings something different to the table so I feel it’s best to mix up classes with different trainers. I take everything I have learned from each of them to every workout.In the end they are all great trainers but they are not magicians. You have to go in daily, follow directions and just keep moving and if you can’t the weights are too heavy; drop them, make no excuses!40lbs down…20 more to go!read more
